The New South Institute is seeking to appoint an Administration Coordinator to provide administrative, coordination, and logistical support to the Executive Director, Operations Manager, and programme teams.

The role includes managing the Executive Director’s diary, coordinating meetings and organisational commitments, supporting administrative follow-through, tracking action items and deadlines, taking minutes, maintaining records and databases, supporting SharePoint administration, coordinating travel, and assisting with event logistics.

Applicants should have a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field, as well as at least three years of administrative or coordination experience in an organisational environment. Experience supporting senior executives and/or programme teams is required, and strong professional minute-taking experience is essential.

This appointment will be on a fixed-term contract basis.
